Reefer Parts Policies

Return Policy:

  • If you're not satisfied, return unused products within 30 days of the shipping date.
  • Returns must be in the original box, undamaged, and show no signs of installation.
  • Return freight must be paid in advance.

Shipping:

  • All shipments are insured at the customer's expense, included in shipping and handling charges.
  • If you wish to waive insurance, a signed statement must be provided before shipment.
  • Shipping times are based on the courier and are not controlled by Quality Reefer Parts.

Damaged Goods:

  • Inspect your order upon receipt. Note any damage or missing items on the transportation receipt and have the driver sign it.
